- Project Leadership: Manage projects from initiation through delivery, overseeing schedules, budgets, and interdepartmental communications to ensure on-time completion within constraints.
- Process Reengineering: Analyze existing business processes to develop sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable improvements that enhance safety, increase productivity, and reduce costs.
- Strategic Benchmarking: Research industry best practices to establish benchmark data, guiding the organization toward top-tier operational standards.
- Technology Integration: Determine how new information technologies can be leveraged to support reengineered processes and system requirements.
- Evaluative Judgment: Use analytical expertise to make data-driven judgments, resolving complex technical issues as they arise.
- Education: A college degree or equivalent professional mastery in a specialized field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of substantial work experience in project management, business process analysis, or change management.
- Core Competencies: attention to detail and the ability to analyze factual information to initiate and recommend new business practices.
- Independence: Proven ability to work with minimal supervision, applying professional judgment to resolve discipline-specific challenges.
- Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills to interface with internal customers and lead cross-functional meetings.

Responsibilities
Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes and develops sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements. Researches best business practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data. Collects and analyzes process data to initiate, develop and recommend business practices and procedures that focus on enhanced safety, increased productivity and reduced cost. Determines how new information technologies can support reengineering business processes. May specialize in one or more of the following areas: benchmarking, business process analysis and reengineering, change management and measurement, and/or process-driven systems requirements. This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision
