Our client is seeking a dedicated Construction Superintendent in Charlotte, NC, to provide expert supervision of construction activities. You will ensure all work on the project site aligns with company policies, job specifications, and safety standards. This is a pivotal leadership role focused on quality execution and production across their commercial and industrial portfolio.

responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily execution of work by crew members and subcontractors to ensure strict adherence to job specifications and drawings.
- Develop and maintain project schedules on a weekly basis, identifying potential deficiencies and communicating needs to the Project Manager.
- Conduct weekly jobsite meetings and subcontractor pre-construction meetings to coordinate tasks and monitor progress.
- Manage project documentation, including daily logs, as-built drawing updates, and safety hazard assessments.
- Foster a culture of safety by conducting daily inspections and ensuring full OSHA compliance.
