responsibilities:
- Draft, execute, and document Cleaning Validation Protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ) while optimizing process parameters through cleaning trials and fixture testing.
- Support the installation, troubleshooting, and physical verification of new cleaning equipment using blueprints and precision tools.
- Investigate deviations, perform root-cause analyses, and conduct risk assessments to prevent medical device cross-contamination.
- Create and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and directly train production staff on validated cleaning processes.
- Partner with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to seamlessly drive project plans in a regulated environment.
