responsibilities:
- Solution Development: Deeply understand advanced manufacturing technologies and the product line to develop effective approaches for selling and supporting software solutions.
- Technical Consulting: Evaluate customer business requirements and translate them into appropriate technical solutions using proprietary software products.
- Quotation Management: Create and deliver accurate product quotations to both internal and external customers.
- Sales Collaboration: Partner with regional Technical Centers to assist local sales representatives with software presentations and technical inquiries.
- Training & Enablement: Provide comprehensive product training to internal sales/engineering associates as well as external customers.
- Marketing Support: Advise on the creation of content for marketing materials, sales manuals, and product documentation.
- Account Maintenance: Maintain customer relationships to facilitate subscription or contract renewals, communicate new product releases, and gather valuable user feedback.
- Versatility: Perform other duties as assigned by management.
