responsibilities:
- Manage the complete Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) lifecycle, from initiation and investigation to effectiveness verification and closure.
- Migrate and remediate legacy CAPA records into the EtQ system while performing gap assessments to correct any documentation deficiencies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Regulatory, Operations, and Engineering teams to drive CAPA execution and resolution.
- Ensure strict compliance with global regulatory requirements, documentation standards, and internal quality systems.
- Act as a subject matter expert by providing training and user guidance on CAPA procedures and EtQ processes.
