- Innovate & Implement: Collaborate with Senior Product Managers to translate complex regulatory policies into clear, actionable program rules.
- Champion the Message: Craft and update compelling program collateral and customer messaging that drives high-impact marketing campaigns.
- Optimize Performance: Leverage data-driven insights and KPIs to refine program strategy and ensure seamless delivery.
- Collaborate Across Boundaries: Work cross-functionally with policy, marketing, and regulatory teams to ensure consistency.
- Experience: 2+ years in business, marketing, or product support roles.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficient in MS Office with basic math and data analysis capabilities.
- Skills: Familiarity with Salesforce, CRM, Onenote, B2C Marketing, HVAC, or residential energy efficiency is a plus.
