In this role, you will provide heavy sales support, acting as the vital link between our sales team, our warehouse operations, and our valued clients to ensure a seamless transaction process.
- Location: Denver, CO (100% On-site)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Pay Rate: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour
- Must be able to travel to Grayslake, Illinois for a one-week training period (all expenses paid).
- Sales Support Operations: Provide high-level support to the sales team by managing quotes, tracking order status, and ensuring all sales documentation is accurate.
- Order Management: Accurately processing orders and reviewing them for precision; managing "Will Call" requests and credits.
- Communication: Handling a high volume of calls and managing heavy email correspondence with a focus on resolving customer inquiries quickly.
- Logistics Coordination: Scheduling pick-ups for materials and coordinating closely with manufacturing and warehouse staff.
- Account Coordination: Serving as a primary point of contact for key accounts (e.g., Ford Lincoln, Construction Materials).
- Experience: background in customer service with a focus on sales support or account coordination. Experience in manufacturing or construction materials is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems and fast, accurate data entry.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; must be a "people person" capable of navigating complex customer requests.
