- Innovate & Update: Refresh and modernize marketing materials to engage our diverse customer base.
- Drive Results: Manage program inboxes and coordinate with project teams to resolve missing materials and invoices.
- Optimize Workflows: Utilize Salesforce to assign, review, and execute critical program tasks.
- Ensure Accuracy: Review and streamline rebate requests, serving as the essential link to our processing groups.
- Education: Degree or 3+ years working as an Marketing Assistant in a Utility or Regulated Industry.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, OneNote, Adobe Pro, Bluebeam is essential; experience with Salesforce or CRM platforms is a significant plus.
- Core Strengths: Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mentality.
- Industry Interest: A passion for utilities, regulatory environments, or customer service.
- Work Model: Hybrid (Tues–Thurs in-office in Denver, CO; Mon/Fri remote).
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week with potential for approved OT in the spring.
- Growth: This is a long-term engagement with a strong history of retention and potential for permanent conversion.
- Purpose: Be "the good guys" for our customers, helping them navigate energy efficiency programs.
