responsibilities:
- Design, build, and execute comprehensive test plans and fixtures for electronic hardware, conducting functional, stress, and environmental testing.
- Debug hardware failures at the component, board, and system levels while meticulously documenting test procedures, failure analyses, and corrective actions.
- Lead safety and compliance testing efforts, ensuring products meet stringent EMC/EMI, ESD, thermal, and 60601-1 regulatory standards.
- Partner closely with design, firmware, and manufacturing teams to review schematics, evaluate design changes, and enhance overall product robustness and testability.
- Develop and implement automated test scripts and tools to optimize test coverage, efficiency, and repeatability from prototype through production release.
