responsibilities:
- Investigate and review product complaints to determine risk levels, root causes, and appropriate problem codes.
- Analyze quality data from multiple sources (including FDA MDRs and FCAs) to identify trends and systemic issues for Our Client.
- Lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) in manufacturing using formal problem-solving tools and documentation.
- Ensure GMP compliance by reviewing investigation reports, identifying technical gaps, and developing efficient closure strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement, maintain process controls, and support quality system projects for Our Client's marketed product lines.
