responsibilities:
- Generate, verify, and maintain CNC programs for 3, 4, and 5-axis machines (including VMC, VBM, VTL, HBM, HMC, and EDM) utilizing NX-CAM and Vericut.
- Navigate high-level machine tool controls (Okuma, Haas, Siemens, Fanuc) to machine high-temperature superalloys for HDGT and aerospace components.
- Deliver daily CNC troubleshooting, programming support, and targeted training to shop floor operators and Manufacturing Engineers.
- Utilize advanced problem-solving and shop math skills to collaborate and drive positive change within a fast-paced, matrixed team structure.
