responsibilities:
- Create, analyze, and distribute weekly and monthly project cost control reports and trend forecasts.
- Organize project cost structures and work breakdown budgets within enterprise financial tools.
- Manage change control processes, track cost variances, and support cashflow projection modeling.
- Draft project controls management meeting notes, track financial action items, and issue progress reports.
- Ensure project deliverables conform strictly to contract budgets, financial compliance rules, and configuration guidelines.
