Leading Electronics Manufacturer is seeking a motivated Engineering Document Controller within the Hamilton OH area. Candidates who are interested will need 2 years in an administrative position within an engineering or manufacturing environment related to document control. Candidates will need experience with SAP or related ERP systems. Familiarity with engineering terminology and manufacturing processes is also required.

responsibilities:
- Create, update, and maintain engineering documentation such Manufacturing routings, Technical drawings, Bill of materials (BOMs), Process instructions
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across systems and documents.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Purchasing, etc.) to gather and distribute data.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by maintaining and analyzing engineering data.
- Perform data entry and document control tasks using Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for internal usage.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for engineering records.
- Monitor document revision control and ensure compliance with company standards.
