responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end design, documentation, and schematic creation of analog and digital electronic circuits for microcontroller-based hardware systems.
- Execute rigorous circuit analysis, simulations, and validation testing to ensure consistent safety, performance, and strict EMI/EMC/ESD regulatory compliance.
- Drive the successful integration of electrical elements with mechanical and software components while ensuring a robust transition of products into manufacturing.
- Supervise and mentor project teams, resolve cross-functional constraints, and manage resources to meet critical product delivery milestones.
