Solidworks Designer based near Lenoir City, TN for a leading industrial manufacturing company in the automotive industry. This role is responsible to create 3D Models, Assemblies, and Installations of existing and new items required for production.

responsibilities:
- Create 3D Models, Assemblies, and Installations of existing and new items required for production
- Responsible for complete modeling and assembly in SolidWorks PDM in accordance with customer and engineering requirements
- Author Engineering Change Orders as needed for release and modification of CAD and ERP data
- Conduct Model and Design Reviews to ensure 3D design meets Sales and Engineering Requirements.
- Make modifications and/or integrate new improvements into new designs or existing designs to improve their performance
- Must have three (3+) years of design experience
- SolidWorks experience
- Experience within an automotive or related manufacturing environment
- SolidWorks Professional Certifications
- Engineering degree
