Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance (PM) and component replacements.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and equipment defects to minimize downtime.
- Ensure strict compliance with all OSHA safety regulations.
- Utilize quality instruments (micrometers, tape measures, gauges) to ensure specifications are met.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required. (Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology preferred).
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of industrial maintenance experience, OR a relevant Associate Degree.
- Skills: communication, time management, and troubleshooting abilities. Forklift experience is a plus.
- Testing: Must pass required maintenance assessment tests, physical work steps testing, and hands-on evaluations.
Shift: 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM)
Pay Rate: $32.00 – $40.00 / hour (depending on experience)

- Must be able to maintain a constant and consistent flow of material in the machine, while adjusting machinery if necessary to facilitate an efficient flow of material.
- Must be able to Set-up equipment to run material to meet customer specifications.
- Participate on and understand Root Cause Analyses (RCA) practices.
