responsibilities:
- Maintain the EHS management system, monitor regulatory compliance, and ensure effective risk assessment and reduction programs.
- Prepare and deliver EHS training programs while partnering with site leadership to promote a strong culture of safety and environmental accountability.
- Lead the Emergency Response program and oversee comprehensive incident investigations and trend analysis.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits, manage environmental monitoring programs, and prepare detailed EHS reports and metrics.
- Lead key site EHS projects, manage waste programs, and proactively assess the EHS impacts of proposed operational changes.
