Our Client protects and beautifies the world by delivering new aviation technologies. We seek a Senior Quality Engineer in Huntsville, AL with AS9100 expertise and strong problem-solving skills to drive aerospace quality.

responsibilities:
- Act as Our Client's primary quality focal point to resolve customer issues and lead cross-functional teams in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Conduct complex systemic investigations and apply advanced quality tools like SPC and FMEA to drive sustainable process improvements.
- Represent quality requirements during engineering change reviews to ensure risk mitigation and compliance with AS9100, FAA, and EASA standards.
- Analyze quality metrics and maintain performance dashboards to identify systemic risks, supporting data-driven decision making for Our Client.
- Mentor engineers and guide cross-functional teams to ensure sustained process capability and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.
