MEP Assistant Superintendents are needed for a leading construction organization. The MEP Assistant Superintendents will support the coordination and installation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and special systems found on complex construction projects. This role provides oversight of MEP trade partners and equipment vendors, ensuring quality and timely execution from pre-construction through commissioning and close-out. You will assist in schedule development, quality control monitoring, and safety program adherence while resolving field issues and driving project success.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of commercial construction experience with complex MEP systems, including data centers, airports, or similar specialized facilities. Project management skills are essential, with a focus on workforce planning, field troubleshooting, system start-up, and commissioning. Exceptional relationship management skills with clients, design partners, and trade vendors are a priority. Relocation assistance is available and a living allowance can be considered.

- Collaborate with trade partners and vendors to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Develop and track project schedules, monitor QA/QC efforts, and ensure safety program adherence
- Identify and resolve field engineering challenges, implementing effective solutions
- Support start-up, commissioning, and close-out processes for building systems
- Maintain punch lists and ensure quality standards are met throughout the project
