responsibilities:
- Coordinate comprehensive projects by analyzing resource needs, market demands, and technical activities to successfully accomplish strategic goals.
- Consult and negotiate with clients to define precise project specifications, and confidently present findings, proposals, and reports.
- Recruit, assign, and evaluate employees, providing essential mentoring to build, support, and maintain high staff competence.
- Confer with cross-functional management and production staff to review and approve contracts, cost estimates, and product design changes.
