Join our client as a Construction Safety Manager in Boydton, VA, to build with purpose at a mission-driven organization. This role requires a relevant BS degree, 5+ years of capital or environmental project experience, and an OSHA 30 certification.

responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for Early Works construction, directing daily on-site activities and overseeing the Environmental Mitigation General Contractor.
- Champion worksite safety by enforcing industry procedures, reviewing audit results, managing compliance, and leading Site Safety Committee Meetings.
- Drive project execution by confirming construction details and permits, coordinating contiguous trades, managing material logistics, and maintaining the overall schedule.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional stakeholders including Land Development, Security, Legal, and Design teams to coordinate resources and drive desired outcomes.
- Deliver comprehensive internal reporting on safety, scope, project status, and costs to ensure all critical contract milestones, budgets, and KPIs are consistently met.
