What You’ll Do:
- Troubleshoot and repair 480V 3-phase electrical systems, motors, and VFDs.
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on PLC-controlled production machinery.
- Maintain and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
- Execute preventive maintenance (PM) schedules to minimize downtime.
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven proficiency with 480V high-voltage systems and electrical safety.
- Ability to troubleshoot PLCs and read electrical schematics.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Electrical Maintenance: Diagnose, install, and repair industrial electrical systems, including 480V 3-phase power distribution, motors, drives, and control panels.
- PLC Controls & Automation: Troubleshoot and perform diagnostics on Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and automated machinery to minimize production downtime.
- Mechanical Repair: Perform routine and emergency mechanical maintenance on manufacturing equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors.
- Preventive Maintenance: Execute scheduled PM checklists to ensure optimal machinery performance, safety compliance, and longevity.
- Collaboration: Partner with production and engineering teams to identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as an industrial maintenance technician in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Electrical Expertise: Proven proficiency working with 480V high-voltage systems and adherence to electrical safety standards (NFPA 70E preferred).
- Automation Skills: Ability to troubleshoot PLC systems (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Fanuc) and read electrical schematics/blueprints.
- Mechanical Knowledge: Hands-on experience with industrial hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical drive systems.
