responsibilities:
- Develop and implement methods for process improvement, testing, and inspection to ensure products function flawlessly.
- Independently own and investigate internal and supplier-driven Non-Conformances (NC) and CAPA records, managing their timely closure in Trackwise.
- Partner with suppliers to resolve quality problems, escalate Corrective Action Requests (SCAR), and manage Supplier Initiated Change Requests (SICRs).
- Analyze defective products to identify trends, support process and equipment validation, and maintain KPIs for product quality.
- Work closely with Operations to support manufacturing-related complaint investigations, product field actions, and plant transfers.
