responsibilities:
- Prepare, submit, track, and proactively renew construction and Traffic Control Plan (TCP) permits across various government jurisdictions.
- Review and process contractor invoices for accuracy, resolve discrepancies with vendors, and coordinate with project managers for approvals and proper POET coding.
- Efficiently create and process purchase orders using Oracle Fusion to facilitate timely payments.
- Establish and maintain crucial relationships with government entities, internal management, and external trenching or barricade contractors.
- Support emergency and planned Reliability projects by managing a high volume of administrative tasks with exceptional accuracy, including working overtime when required.
