responsibilities:
- Prepare experimental samples including transmission electron microscope lamella samples using focused ion beam, optimizing procedures based on pattern instructions.
- Operate SEM, FIB, and TEM metrology tools to analyze critical dimensions while maintaining Our Client's high standards for image quality.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate tool repairs to ensure optimal lab throughput.
- Communicate effectively with engineers to understand job requirements, report results, document lessons learned, and update standard operating procedures.
- Adhere to strict lab safety protocols, work flexible shift schedules to meet production needs, and safely lift up to 30 lbs to support operations.
