responsibilities:
- Oversee the full permitting lifecycle for Our Client, ensuring the accurate preparation, submission, tracking, and proactive renewal of applications and Traffic Control Plans across various jurisdictions.
- Create and manage purchase order requisitions utilizing Oracle Fusion while collaborating with project managers to secure invoice approvals and appropriate POET coding.
- Process and audit barricade and trenching contractor invoices, promptly communicating with vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
- Act as Our Client's key liaison to establish and sustain robust, project-specific partnerships with government entities and external construction contractors.
- Maintain meticulous oversight of numerous permits and invoices to seamlessly support emergency retrenching, cable replacements, and overhead rebuild projects.
