responsibilities:
- Lead the full life cycle replacement of HVAC equipment and direct comprehensive upgrades to the facility's LN2 (liquid nitrogen) infrastructure.
- Oversee all phases of capital improvement and renovation projects, taking sole responsibility for requirement evaluation, estimating, scheduling, budget management, and project closeout.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal Facilities Maintenance teams to ensure architectural design and construction management align with customer needs.
- Deliver metric-driven solutions focusing on value engineering, cost improvements, and strict compliance with local building codes, OSHA, ADA, and NFPA regulations.
- Support the development of corporate capital and expense budgets while simultaneously managing multiple large-scale and small-scale projects.
