responsibilities:
- Act as the lead designer for specific systems or building levels, providing technical guidance and overseeing the work of junior and intermediate designers.
- Coordinate cross-discipline designs, perform field surveys, and resolve conflicts to ensure highly accurate project deliverables.
- Manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets while breaking down projects into required tasks to provide accurate labor estimates.
- Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Bluebeam for extensive modeling, drafting, and comprehensive model reviews.
- Process submittals, perform code research, and collaborate with engineers and owners to solve technical problems and hit project deadlines.
