responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing and inspection processes to optimize safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Support new product and process introductions by executing equipment installation, validation, and production readiness activities.
- Investigate process deviations and utilize Lean principles to troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and safety standards while maintaining accurate manufacturing documentation and supporting engineering change control.
- Communicate observations, status updates, and technical insights clearly to engineering and management teams.
