Looking for a BMS Service Technician in Merced, CA. Join Our Client, a global leader in smart, sustainable buildings! We seek a self-driven expert with a tech degree (or 10 yrs exp), 5 yrs industry exp, and strong HVAC/BMS knowledge to optimize building automation systems.

responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS) and low-voltage controls to resolve automation issues and satisfy customer requirements.
- Independently perform root-cause analysis on network and system requests, implementing effective mitigation measures and coordinating field repairs.
- Interpret building mechanical schematics, electrical line diagrams, and BMS submittals to guide recurring preventive maintenance and continuous system optimization.
- Audit control devices to identify and mitigate cyber-security risks, and collaborate with energy managers to implement building energy conservation measures.
- Communicate operational findings to the facility management team, adhere to strict safety standards, and maintain technical proficiency through continuous self-study.
