We are looking for a Supplier Quality Manager. Join our client to transform the environments where people live, work, and play! We are seeking an expert with a Bachelor's degree, 10+ years of supplier development experience, and strong Lean/Six Sigma skills. Candidates can be located near any major city within the US, with travel to Canada required as necessary.

responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end supplier performance management for Our Client, tracking KPIs and driving improvements in quality, delivery, capacity, and sustainability.
- Drive continuous improvement and mitigate supplier risks utilizing Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, and structured problem-solving.
- Manage supplier readiness for new product launches and recovery initiatives, ensuring process validation through APQP and PPAP.
- Conduct comprehensive supplier audits and capacity assessments to validate technical capabilities and ensure alignment with Our Client's performance standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, engineering, operations, and quality teams to establish governance and execute supplier development strategies.
