An exciting opportunity is available for a Construction Manager in Charlotte, NC, with a purpose-driven client dedicated to empowering everyone to achieve more. To lead in this role, you will need an Electrical Engineering (EE) degree backed by 8+ years of construction experience, 5+ years of field engineering.

responsibilities:
- Oversee the energy isolation program for all MEP systems across the datacenter campus, validating Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures (up to 25kV) and tracing power through redundant systems to ensure a zero-energy state.
- Partner closely with General Contractors, Trades, and EHS teams to coordinate safe work practices, audit safety documentation (JHAs, permits), and drive operational excellence in hazardous energy control.
- Collaborate with construction and commissioning teams to establish safe conditions for the testing, energization, and performance validation of complex electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Train personnel on energy isolation procedures and hold vendors and contractors fully accountable to Our Client's safety standards within a dynamic commercial construction environment.
