responsibilities:
- Act as the technical lead for customer complaints, utilizing structured, data-driven root cause analyses for molding-related issues.
- Partner with Quality Engineering to implement containment plans, execute CAPAs, and ensure corrective actions are validated and sustained.
- Establish and maintain robust molding process windows to minimize defects, define critical parameters, and proactively mitigate systemic risks.
- Provide hands-on, on-the-floor technical support to rapidly resolve non-conformances (NCRs), out-of-spec conditions, and process instability.
- Serve as the molding subject-matter expert during audits and provide technical support for existing molds, equipment, and process validations.
