responsibilities:
- Lead capacity additions through the installation, debugging, and alignment of multi-line manufacturing equipment.
- Design and implement robust mechanical solutions to solve technical problems and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of complex mechanical systems like hydraulics and conveyors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to meet project timelines, scope, and cost metrics.
- Maintain safety standards, update technical documentation, and train operations personnel on new equipment changes.
