responsibilities:
- Direct and execute all phases of complex project plans, rigorously managing safety, scope, budget, schedule, cash flow, and risk constraints.
- Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to evaluate project alternatives and assemble multi-discipline project teams.
- Negotiate and administer essential agreements with suppliers, contractors, service providers, and customers.
- Support the strategic development and administration of the business unit's ten-year plan for capital investment.
- Oversee comprehensive project close-outs, ensure adherence to all policies and regulations, and mentor junior project team members.
