responsibilities:
- Conduct scientific research and routine quality control testing using advanced techniques like spectroscopy, chromatography, and wet chemistry.
- Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation (ICP-OES, FTIR, TGA) while actively developing and validating new analytical methods.
- Ensure strict compliance with GLP, CGMP, and ISO 9001 standards, while accurately managing laboratory data using LIMS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional manufacturing and product development teams to troubleshoot process issues and enhance product durability.
- Document experimental procedures clearly and confidently present technical conclusions and recommendations to a diverse audience.
