responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end program management and operationalize marketing plans for Surface and Windows Direct-to-Customer growth initiatives.
- Drive project timelines, track dependencies, mitigate risks, and guarantee asset readiness and sequencing across all marketing channels.
- Serve as the central orchestrator across teams, establishing a strong operating rhythm (ROB, launch checkpoints) to ensure transparency and clear decision-making.
- Review campaign deliverables and partner with creative teams to ensure messaging is clear, consistent, customer-centric, and aligned with overall product storytelling.
- Analyze market demands and resource needs to formulate detailed project plans, integrating technical activities and presenting proposals to clients.
