Our client, dedicated to making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer, is seeking an Engineering Documentation Specialist in Plainville, MA. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary engineering documentation liaison, utilizing your 3+ years of CAD drafting experience, and cGMP knowledge.

responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary Engineering Documentation interface for cross-functional stakeholders, including Project Management, Validation, and Quality on behalf of Our Client.
- Maintain a master inventory of GMP and Non-GMP drawings and manage CAD services utilizing the Adept Documentation and CAD systems.
- Ensure all engineering records and drawings are accurate, controlled, and inspection-ready to support internal and regulatory cGMP inspections.
- Oversee project contractors to ensure adherence to site documentation standards and manage EDMS workflows for document routing, review, and approval.
- Support deviations, CAPAs, and Change Controls, and maintain CMMS work orders related to engineering drawings and utility systems.
