responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional technical teams and manage comprehensive program plans, ensuring schedules, budgets, and resource needs are met.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external customers to define requirements, manage program scope, and maintain strong engagement through every stage.
- Develop and oversee compelling business cases and value propositions, identifying commercial and technical levers to improve overall program strategy.
- Drive project progression from initiation to delivery using the Tollgate process, continuously monitoring for risks and changes in scope.
- Oversee product testing and evaluation to ensure manufacturing targets are achieved while protecting the program's intellectual property.
