responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day financial workflows, including purchase order (PO) follow-ups, vendor payments, and the organization of financial documents and agreements.
- Provide proactive, hands-on assistance with budgeting, reconciliations, billing, and capitalization procedures.
- Execute a variety of operational tasks such as expense reporting, travel coordination, and cross-functional correspondence to keep processes running smoothly.
- Work closely with Accounts Payable, Procurement, and various stakeholders across multiple sites in a fast-paced environment.
- Deliver timely administrative, financial, and coordination support to the Engineering Support Specialists as needed.
