A leading pharma company is searching for an Materials and Inventory Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of essential inventory duties, including shipping and receiving, fulfilling material requests, and maintaining stock levels. We are seeking candidates with 1+ years of inventory/warehouse experience in a manufacturing setting. Experience in a biotech/pharmaceutical industry a plus.

responsibilities:
- Monitor inventory levels and reordering processes for alternate plant locations; compile information on the receipt or disbursement of inventories, compute balances, and maintain accurate records of material amounts, types, and values.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve routine inventory discrepancies, questions, and problems.
- Conduct all operations safely and in strict compliance with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), OSHA, DOT, and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) standards, as well as company SOPs.
- Safely handle and manage hazardous materials according to established protocols.
- Maintain an orderly and clean work area while effectively communicating with both internal and external customers..
