An industry leading manufacturer of customized, turnkey solutions for the retail and industrial manufacturing space is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team near Eclectic, Alabama. This organization has been established for over 65 years with more than 2.4 million square feet of state-of-the-art production space. In this highly collaborative role, you will analyze current manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, implement lean methodologies to drive continuous improvement, and lead capital projects.
The position offers a starting salary up to $100K, depending on experience, along with excellent health and retirement benefits. All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

responsibilities:
- Lead and manage manufacturing projects, brownfield projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, cost control, and adherence to quality standards.
- Analyze manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and implement process optimization strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and other continuous improvement methodologies (such as Six Sigma and Kaizen) to drive operational excellence and reduce waste.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including process maps, project plans, and performance reports
- Work closely with R&D, production, and quality control teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes and product designs into the production environment.
