responsibilities:
- Perform receiving, in-process, and outbound visual and dimensional inspections of aerospace components using precision measurement equipment.
- Review paperwork, process data transactions, and generate detailed manual or computerized inspection reports for product acceptance or rejection.
- Ensure strict compliance with manufacturing drawings, ASME Y14.5 geometric tolerancing, FAA standards, DFAR, and Nadcap requirements.
- Execute accurate AQL sampling and produce First Article Inspection (FAI) reports in accordance with AS9102 standards.
- Evaluate and enforce all flowed-down contractual requirements from customer and supplier purchase orders for both commercial and military products.
