responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end facility construction projects for Our Client, overseeing budgets up to $40 million annually.
- Monitor project progress against plans and resolve operational issues to minimize delays.
- Oversee equipment installation while enforcing engineering standards and work specifications.
- Lead vendor management by hiring, coordinating, and collaborating with external contractors.
- Communicate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and local municipalities to solve complex issues.
