Permanent position: Exciting new opportunity for a Maintenance Technician to join a growing team. Qualified candidates will have an understanding of troubleshooting of automated equipment as well as equipment build & repair. This role will work in a fast-paced team environment and will support all manufacturing operations. Hourly plus time and a half OT position. Monday- Thursday work schedule.

responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automated systems (including PLCs and production furnaces).
- Maintenance: Perform routine preventive and predictive maintenance (PM) using diagnostic tools like digital multimeters.
- Team Support: Coordinate workflows with the Senior Tech and Manager, and help guide junior technicians.
- Safety & Reliability: Maintain equipment uptime while ensuring a safe work environment.
