responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, and coordinate facilities property management projects from inception to completion with minimal supervision, ensuring seamless integration of technical activities.
- Act as the primary liaison by presenting proposals and findings to clients, while collaborating closely with management, production, and marketing teams.
- Recruit, direct, and evaluate project staff, overseeing their ongoing development to maintain a high level of team competence.
- Analyze technology, resources, and market demand to assess project feasibility, while concurrently reviewing, recommending, and approving contracts and cost estimates.
