responsibilities:
- Lead full lifecycle management for capital engineering projects, from initial scope development and validating justifications through final closeout.
- Manage and maintain strict oversight of project budgets, schedules, quality standards, and safety performance throughout execution.
- Coordinate all procurement activities, including hiring engineering consultants and contractors, while ensuring strict adherence to contract compliance.
- Oversee hands-on project execution by conducting periodic field visits, reviewing design documentation, and performing vendor or shop equipment inspections.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, environmental, and sourcing teams to ensure a seamless project closeout and transition to operations.
