responsibilities:
- Install, service, and repair Diffusion/LPCVD semiconductor processing equipment directly at customer sites.
- Troubleshoot PCB electronics and controllers, and perform gas panel and gas loop plumbing.
- Travel frequently for field service deployments, averaging 6 to 10 trips per year that last 1 to 3 weeks each.
- Assist the production department with mechanical and electrical assembly, system testing, and troubleshooting when working in the office.
- Manage in-house projects and field technical support questions from customers during non-travel periods.
