Our client, a local civil construction company who has serviced the local area for over 50 years is seeking a Concrete Superintendent to oversee civil and site concrete construction projects. This position is responsible for managing daily field operations, supervising crews and subcontractors, and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications.

responsibilities:
- Project Oversight & Coordination
- Coordinate and supervise all field activities, crews, and subcontractors
- Interpret plans, specifications, and civil drawings
- Develop daily/weekly schedules and align resources appropriately
- Verify forms, rebar, embeds, elevations, ADA compliance and layout prior to placement
- Proven experience as a Concrete Superintendent or similar supervisory role in civil/site concrete construction
- Knowledge of concrete construction methods and field operations
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Structural Experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
