responsibilities:
- Lead process improvement, cost reduction, and manufacturing optimization projects by analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for Our Client.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical leadership and manufacturing support for new product introductions (NPI) and resolve daily challenges.
- Develop, validate, and implement robust manufacturing processes, identifying and deploying automation opportunities to continuously enhance productivity and product quality.
- Manage equipment qualification, process validation, and change control activities while ensuring strict compliance with GMP, ISO, and applicable regulatory requirements.
